Parcel Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Oversight Project Overview

Using a customized survey, created with ESRI’s Survey123, together with an ArcGIS Online Dashboard, I helped an agency remotely keep track of specific O&M activities being completed, by another company, on 34 properties..
Solution

Custom Survey with Survey123
○ Created a custom dynamic Survey that provided specific questions depending on the type of O&M activity or issue found at a specific property.
○ Survey included photos, multi-choice questions and identified date, time, location and specific surveyors
○ Linked the survey with a GIS layer, so each new survey would create a point on the Dashboard survey layer

Secure ArcGIS Online Dashboard
○ Created a custom web dashboard that contained a web map showing the surveys taken, a list of surveys taking by date and multiple counters logging the amount of surveys, activities and patrols taken

Parcel Portfolio Management Project Overview

Helped an agency collect and organize their property information in one central location and provided a way for multiple staff members to update those properties with current information to get a better sense of their portfolio and plan for the future.

○ Created a custom GIS parcel layer with additional fields to store ownership, strategy, land use and future interest information.

○ Created an application that contained their custom parcel layer and other background data.

Client Mobile Data Editing Project Overview

Helped multiple organizations update the status of the condition of thousands of different facilities and infrastructure items over many miles through the use of a Mobile Application, called Field Maps. Field Maps was used by multiple field crews, with or without cell phone servicie, to efficiently update each items status.
Solution

○ Created a custom GIS layer to store standardized key information and additional background information / photos to identify items while in the field
